Job Description
This is a fast-paced, structured environment and requires the ability to multi-task while delivering high levels of customer service. Will be required to professionally and enthusiastically answer and route calls, greet visitors, and utilize an on-line knowledge base to answer questions via phone, email and online chat.
Responsibilities
Answer and route calls
Provide accurate responses and information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up as necessary
Utilize on-line knowledge data base to answer questions about operations and services
Research required information
Complete call logs
Requirements
Qualified Candidates must be proficient in these areas:
Relevant computer applications
Strong Data Entry skills
Effective Customer Service skills
Strong verbal, written and listening skills
Strong problem solving skills
Attentive to detail
Initiative
Good judgment
Resilience and adaptability
Able to remain calm and conduct themselves in a professional manner
Team leader
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline
