Description

Experience Level: Expert
We are a web based company specializing in the sales of projector accessories. We are looking for a individual / firm to provide customer support via telephone for 5 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm.
The succesful candidate will be given training on our products and will be in a position to answer any questions from clients. the customer support will also deal with any enquiries regarding delayed orders, returns, etc.

all the work can be done from your own home , but you must have a dedicated office and be available in the specified time. calls can only be routed to a landline (not a mobile).
We are offering £30 per month and this is to handle up to 50 calls . additional calls (unlikley) will carry an additional call charge which is negotiable. please note : this is not a simple message taking service and you will be a part of our team .

the right candidate will enjoy working as a customer support providing necessary information to assist customers with their purchase. You will only be handling inbound calls and never have to cold call.
