Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are currently searching for an experienced, knowledgeable, and well-informed Customer Service Representative to work at our office. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Major Responsibilities Include:
•Manage incoming calls
•Starting the service work order process
•Dispatching field service technicians
•Scheduling planned maintenance for units to be serviced
•Actively managing work order information updates from within our back-office business application
•Invoice dispersal
•Assist with incoming parts, rental, sales, and service calls. Coordinating them to the appropriate groups.
•Actively monitor which jobs technicians are worked on
•Maintaining clear communication with customers and technicians
Qualifications:
•High school diploma
•Knowledge of material handling equipment/industry is a plus (but not required)
•Dispatching and or fleet experience is a plus
•Experience in an administrative office environment
Skill Requirements:
•Coachable
•Customer service oriented
•Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
•Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
•Organized and detail oriented
•Highly motivated
•Work with sense of urgency
•Must be proficient with technology -- including the use of computers, mobile devices, and business applications
