Be a part of a company that helps makes a positive environmental impact through it's mission to reclaim, renew and replant! www.ReclaimArbor.com, located in San Francisco California is looking for experienced, driven and motivated customer service professionals to develop our virtual customer service department.
We are a small size company with a tight knit team, and you will be working along side the USA staff to accomplish company and personal goals. This is a full time position 830AM - 5PM Pacific USA time.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Sorting and answering general customer service tickets in Zendesk, delivering excellent customer experience according to our company standards.
- Monitoring, sorting and answering general customer messages and comments on our Facebook page
- Answering general chat questions via our live chat feature during normal business hours
- Collecting leads via ZD tickets, chats, FB messages and adding to our conversion funnel
- General leads list maintenance
- Customer Service post sale experience Hire will be working along side USA staff virtually during business hours (Pacific Standard Time) and be available for staff meetings during the week
