I have around 1,000 sales contacts at various stages of the sales cycle from unqualified lead thru to key account. The information is in a variety of discrete documents, mostly ExCel, some Word, and lots of bits of paper. I need a central record of all contacts and also a way of segmenting. I also need the records to be updated by 3 remote workers and then the central database needs updating with that info. I do not want a complex CRM system. My business is 2 years old and growing fast however my budget is limited and ideally I'd like a solution from someone who can work with us over the longer term and help us grow.
