Creative Screen Desgin - Building Energy Display

To design screen layout and graphics to display building energy usage on plasma screen in the reception areas of buildings (offices, schools).

We want show building occupants / visitors how much energy it uses in a easy to understand way, not just displaying numbers!! We have live data feeds for the amount of water, electric, gas consumed and also have comparison data values, for example percent increase, decrease from yesterday, last week, month.

The job task is to produce a mock up screen(s) graphic and if possible any animated parts. It is intended that the final screen will be produced using Flash.

Must be creative, have good ideas about how to show this information in a fun, sleek way which people can relate to / understand.
