We are an international Conversion Rate Optimisation agency looking to expand our presence in the USA. We work with both large and small clients, optimising their online stores for higher conversion rates and sales, for companies including Canon and other big-brand names.
We are looking for an experienced marketer, with extensive experience in digital services and the US market, to produce a detailed, fully-costed marketing plan that will deliver a targeted number of new US-based clients. You’ll have a great understanding of how to do marketing in the States, a track-record of writing lots of marketing plans in the digital services industry, and most importantly your plans deliver on agreed business objectives, to time and budget constraints.
We are looking for knowledge, imagination and the ability to see opportunities that others would easily overlook. You’ll also need be very cost conscious and come up with ways to deliver our new clients at the lowest possible spend.

How are you?
I was wondering why your requirement focuses a lot on previous experience in US. Could you please explain me what hypothesis or assumption makes you think that the marketing strategy for your service (optimization of online stores) would be different based on location (country-wise or continent-wise)?
From my opinion the key factors that would have an impact (make a difference) your marketing strategy would be -
1. Your Price Vs Willingness to pay by customers
2. Return requirement by customers (E.g. Increase in sales/Increase in sales conversion)
3. Needs of additional services by customers (E.g. self service, after sale service, complementary customer service)
4. Competitions (This is the only factor that might vary by location. However, we need to consider global competitions in today's digitized world)
5. Targeting and acquisition channels
Overall, I am quite sure that these 5 factors would not vary across locations, and hence the marketing strategy.
