Description of analysis: We own 20 apartments. Currently we use google calendar to enter bookings and also excel sheets and XERO accounting site containing the expenses of the apartment.
We are looking to present the profits that the apartments make as well as the apartments occupancy rate in a presentation style. Like a piechart or chart etc.
This work will require an eye for detail, curiosity and presentation.
You must be able to eloquently present the information and must be understandable for the viewer.
This document will be in a PDF format.
And must be readable and and simplified.
So important information required on the PDF:
How often was the individual apartment occupied in the last 3 years since we acquired the property. Some properties were acquired less than a year ago and this must be mentioned on the individual property.
How much is spent on utility bills, Council tax, water bills, TV license, Electricity, Gas, Bi weekly cleanings, Check-outs and check-ins, Rent that we pay to landlords.
How much do we mark up the property?
After that, how much profit do we make?
