Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Information for the business: We are a small leadership development organisation trying to grow!
Industry: Education
Design details: Turn ideas, numbers and statistics around leadership development into a powerful branded infographic. Design needs to use our colour palette, look and feel (see www.thefortongroup.com) - conveying the importance of the call to action (invest in 3 areas of leadership development). Consistent images of people (male/female and group) needed.
Target audience: HR managers buying leadership development in the UK
Ideas for the visual style: Echoing our website look at feel
Things to avoid: Anything too 'cartoony'; avoid clutter and confusion (we recognise that there are a lot of ideas which may need to be distilled further
Preferred colors: colour palette to be provided to successful bidder
Urls to draw inspiration from: Examples only: http://www.dalecarnegie.com/employee-engagement/engaged-employees-infographic ; http://www.best-infographics.com/leaders-eat-last-infographic ; https://uk.search.yahoo.com/search?fr=mcafee&type=C211GB691D20130819&p=engage+for+success+infographic ; (NB - this last one is too cluttered for my taste)
Where the design will be used: web
Extra notes: The goal is to stand out visually by conveying a complex message as simply as possible. The design purpose is to support the message and make it easy to understand, buy into and take action as a result. The key messages and colour palette will be provided. Input on the draft messages would be welcomed - as I recognise I need to distill this further. I envisage at least 2 drafts before final. Successful designer's name will be included in the infographic
