Outline & Structure: I run a niche business consultancy that specialises in Customer Experience Improvement, primarily within the domains of Customer Service and Contact Centres.
I need someone who can write, authoritatively, about ‘Voice of the Customer’ programmes and/or ‘Customer Journey Mapping’ within the above business context.
Broadly, you will be able to confidently write about the what, the why and the how, of these two topics.
In the vast majority of cases, clear subject-briefs will be provided - just not the background detail.
If you need to ask what ‘Voice of the Customer’ and ‘Customer Journey Mapping’ are then this probably isn't the project for you!
Your copy will need to meet a high standard and, ultimately, fees will reflect this.
This is a long-term project, requiring a substantial volume of material to be produced. Copy will be required for blog articles, web pages, case studies, whitepapers, emails, newsletters, etc., etc.
It would be great if you could provide some links to sites that you have already written.
Could you please provide some guideline fixed-prices within your proposal.
