Please let me know your fees (exc disbursements) for a freehold house purchase with a mortgage lender. Don\'t know if lender(HSBC) would want you to have indemnity insurance or a client ac? Got HIPs/searches/mortgage-offer/survey done already and I\'m happy with what\'s in them. Can do SDLT form myself. Strictly England/Wales based people only please. Thanks
