Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Involved in the DIY community, machine building & metal shop projects
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Num. of modules: Uno Library for motion control
Description of every module: Existing arduino library is already developed to control manufacture specific servo motor (Clearpath SDSK motors from Teknik). This library uses direct port manipulation and needs to be modified to work on the Mega board (works fine on Uno). Link to library in "extra notes"
Description of requirements/functionality: Deliver a modified library which will run these specific motors on the Mega board. Well documented code so it can be used by the DIY community. I want the finished library to be posted on Github or similar to support DIY community. Link to library in "extra notes"
Specific technologies required: Arduino, motion control
Extra notes: I'm hoping this job can be completed without needing the actual motor? If motor is required please note this and if local we can make arrangements.
Existing library can be found at the below link.

Just for info... here is a youtube video showing the motor in action from a popular youtube provider.... https://youtu.be/ZRURwDFvdAs This is NOT me but I'll likely be sending the finished work to this guy!
