We are soon to launch an online software sales project, selling software to the public for them to download: we are looking to buy, outright, a number of software products with mainstream consumer appeal. These products could range from PC applications, to look after the performance of a customer’s PC and internet access, through to games and other products that are more entertainment based. We are looking to have such products delivered to us with our own corporate branding as 'white labeled' products and to be secure and not allow the end user to copy or distribute to other un-licensed users: an on-line user license/code facility built into the products would be essential. We are looking to have a range of more than 10 software products to offer our customer base by May this year. We will require that the products are fully owned by us or under an unlimited license. We also require that any products/software we buy, or consider buying, will be able to be sold to end users at a retail price of around £20. In other words, the product/software package must be able to justify a retail price of £20. If similar products are available free on the internet then this will make any such similar products worth nothing. So a £20 value must be able to be shown. We will require a full spec of the proposed software you have in mind and ideally an example or sample of the software itself.
