One of my clients needs a motivated, results oriented freelance telesales achiever to follow up leads in the construction industry and win new business through the process of developing relationships with Quantity Surveyors, architects and building managers, and aiming to break specifications of competititor products on large multi million building projects. We need to be processing 100 calls each day - a mix of new calls and follow up conversations. The leads are provided and just need to be pre qualified and qualified during the telesales process. Technical product knowledge is not required, just a good common sense, general intelligience and confidence to talk to people who have technical roles. The key success critieria is to develop new business with new accounts or new business through existing accounts that are directly attributable to the telesales effort. This is a tentative project and the client wants to see a number of different solutions to the challenge of developing new business (other than using freelance) so please bear in mind this freelance position may not go live. Timescale is a trial contract for Nov-Dec with a view to a sustainable role going forward if successful.
