My company is an IT and AV reseller into the education market.

With the busy end of financial year period closing in and schools being forced to spend whatever remaining budget they have or lose it, I am inundated with work and need additional sales people to assist me in generating new business over the next 2/3 months.

The key areas I am looking for people to cover are Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Greater London.

The roles available are home based telesales, so it is not necessary that you live in any of these areas, however, it would be advantageous if you were familiar with the education/IT market.

The company a wide range of products, including PC's, laptops, projectors, interactive whiteboards and visualisers and I am looking for new opportunities to quote for business with schools in the listed areas, whilst they are in a busy spending period.

Your responsibilities are to speak with the IT/Network Manager at each school - find out who they currently use for their IT, what they're looking to buy before the end of March and if we can have an opportunity to quote for any of this work.

For each order we receive you'll get a generous commission based on the following structure, which I have incentivized as deals get larger to make this as potentially lucrative for each sales person as possible:
Profit value £0-£500 - Comm value 20%
PV £501-£1,000 - CV 25%
PV - £1,001-£2,000 - CV 30%
PV - £2,001+ - CV 35%

For a deal where the profit is £2,500 for instance you would receive the following:
First £500 @ 20% = £100
£501-£1,000 @ 25% = £125
£1,001-£2,000 @ 30% = £300
£2,001-£2,500 @ 35% = £175
TOTAL = £700

Potentially, one medium sized deal per week, could therefore pay a healthy salary.

You will be expected to pay for your own calls, but the company will take care of all admin from quote to invoice, payment for goods and collection of payment from customer.

Your commission will be paid within 1 working day of receipt of payment from the customer.

For successful applicants, there is the possibility of being offered ongoing paid work beyond the end of the financial year, servicing new accounts.
