Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
I run a cleaning company in SW London and just moved from domestic to commercial sector. So we need new contracts with all the specific clauses like: TUPE, H&S, payments etc. Until now we've used a simple contract template which is not enough anymore.
Also apart from the contract, a second project would be to put together an introduction pack for every new client. Still need advices on what should this pack includes.

Hi,
So I can get an understanding of what you need in the new contract, is your old contract mainly aimed at domestic and you are moving into commercial contracts ?
If you could let me know whats changed I will be able to work out the complexity required.

Andrei P.09 Feb 2018I'm looking for a commercial (cleaning) service contract and I do not know all the specific clauses for cleaning services. That's why I'm looking for someone who has experience in this field and doesn't need to make it from scratch. I'm going to use it for tendering/biding for bigger cleaning contracts so it has to be watertight.
