We are a South Wales based marketing company, part of a prestigious 400 strong UK franchise, targetting SMEs within a specific town in South Wales. We have secured use of a prestigious local venue and will be carrying out weekly evening seminars to present our maketing proposition to local business owners. Our aim is to host between 10 and 20 business owners per week on an ongoing basis. Therefore the project will involve on-going calling of businesses to invite them to attend our seminar and building an attendees list to ensure we have a well attended meeting each week. We propose to pay £2 for every successful booking that attends our seminar, and an additional £25 for every business that becomes a customer, PLUS an additional £2 per month every month as long as the business remains a customer.
To be clear this project simply requires securing committments to attend our meetings each week, not to sell our proposition. We will provide full details but essentially you will need to gain committment that the business owner will attend and then to follow up sufficiently to ensure that they do attend. If the business does not attend then no payent will be made. We would provide full feedback after each meeting confirming those that did attend and the number of sales made. We are looking for an ongoing relationship that is built on trust and two way communication to ensure maximum financial benefit.
There are approximately 2000 businesses within the area and all are potential customers. This opportunity is open to 4 people who will be each supplied with a data list of around 500 businesses supplied by us and will work this list, and only this list, to secure appointments. Therefore you can managae an ongoing telephone strategy to get these business owners to attend. We will supply dates of the meeting and as mentioned capacity will be 20 businesses per meeting. You will be able to book attendees in to any of the scheduled meetings upto 6 weeks in advance. When meeting is confirmed you will notify us and we will secure one of the 20 spaces for the relevnt week, we will keep all agents informed of available slots left each week to make it easier to fill any spaces.
