THIS IS NOT LOAN MODIFICATION. Loan Modifications are granted to only to a small number of people. August 4 (Bloomberg) \"Bank of America began 27,985 trial loan modifications, or 4 percent of its eligible loans, under the governments Making Homes Affordable Program started this year. Wells Fargo had a 6 percent rate, trailing JPMorgan Chase & Co.s 20 percent and Citigroup Inc.s 15 percent. Wachovia Corp., which Wells Fargo acquired, had a rate of 2 percent\". 50% of loan modifications that are granted find themselves delinquent in the following 6-12 months.
We have a new program, foreclosure avoidance, and are looking for call centers that can contact people in South Florida (Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties) that are either in foreclosure or are going to be. We expect national expansion in only several months.
After the Call Center makes contact with prospect, Call Center will forward prospects information via email to our office to begin Order Fulfillment. Order Fulfillment includes (1) our office sending the contract to the prospect and (2) receiving the executed contract from the prospect and payment in full. We will pay Call Center within 2-3 business days of completion of Order Fulfillment for each prospect contacted by Call Center. Our Foreclosure Avoidance Program charge is $3,995.00. The commission to the call center is $1,295.00 for each completed order fulfillment resulting from prospect information forwarded from Call Center.
Confidentiality and non-compete contracts will be required between us and Call Center.
Call center will be responsible for data.
