Outline & Structure: I'm looking for someone who can research and write up a detailed guide on how to run a business including marketing, financials, costs, accounting etc.
It must be a full guide which explains the fully workings of a business, how to make money, how to succeed, and must be a full detailed summary of what is taught in a business degree in university.
I am open to discussion. Only the very best may apply and academics who have taught in the related field. The conclusion of this document is for the reader to a fully detailed knowledge of how to run, set up and succeed in making there own business. Can go higher if the right person is found.

Hi Ori,
Please do review your expectations based on the budget you've presented. As far as I understand, you want to have a full Academic-style guide written for how to successfully operate a business for just $100.
I'm a business consultant and a content creator and I can tell you that writing this guide will cost far more than that even for an entry level writer without a degree in Business, marketing or a related field.
Also, you've mentioned that you can go higher for the right person. How high is that and what is your expected word count for the full guide? -
Ho Ori, when you mention that you can go higher than $100 you seem confused regarding what input costs. For example I've just completed a 1,100 word article on starting a business in the UK. The fee agreed for this, including a significant amount of research into Tax compliance and obligations, was $75.
I just thought that I'd compare this to your idea of outlining a University business degree/course for $100...
