We are a family owned company, with real family values, based in Redditch in England with our products being sold in over 10,000 outlets around the world.

The Brief
We are looking for someone to take on what we think is likely to be a 12 week project to help us to:
understand and capture agreed sales processes (right from prospect/enquiry through to closure and to include continued selling to existing customers) and identify the KPIs/dash board measures to be used by the business to report on and manage sales performance.
Implement these processes and KPIs/measures into the business and the sales team using our new Business Management IT system (Netsuite) Use these processes and KPIs to manage and measure the workflow of individuals within the team and the team as a whole, reporting on performance to the company owners.

In summary we need someone who can increase sales performance through effective process and productivity management.

What skills we need
Our person needs to have FMCG experience, have clear business process mapping experience coupled with a demonstrable ability to implement these processes through IT solutions and should have managed/directed a sales function and team.
