Description
Industry: Business
Research needed: yes
Chapters needed: 3 years Business Plan & Marketing Strategy
Extra notes: I am planning to expand the current warehousing and fulfilment operation to more eBay, Amazon and other online sellers.
Providing: -
1) Accurate careful picking of orders
2) Good and nice packaging for items to be sent to the customers.
3) Good postage cost - as I have bulk postage pricing with Royal Mail - the savings can be passed on to other sellers
4) A small and dedicated team to fulfil the orders - as their remuneration is also partly profit sharing
5) I am planning to recruit disabled people to be part of the warehouse team - help the disabled and its part of our Corporate Social Responsibility
I need an Amazing business plan and marketing strategy to attract investors into my new venture and help boost works that help the disabled people to get jobs.
I want to build my eCommerce business and I need a strategy to build the warehousing and fulfilment part of the business too.
So 2 areas for you to plan and amaze me.
Let me know if you need any further info.

Have you got an idea re what scale of funding you are now seeking George? A Business Plan to raise £20k for example would be far less complex and go in less detail than one that's looking to raise £200K..
George C.16 Jun 2016I am looking at just £100k
Francis E.16 Jun 2016From my point of view there's a great deal of difference between drafting something that's an 80 page plan and one that's 12 pages..albeit that is more for start up seeking their first start up loan.
Do you have a sense for approx number of pages of writing\drafting you require in additional to the usual suite of Financials...? -
What is your opinion on train shipping from china?
George C.16 Jun 2016Pardon me, could you clarify what do you mean by train shipping from China?
Jason D.16 Jun 2016They have china to eu trains that take about 2 weeks. So it is an option in the middle of air freight and ocean freight. I am trying to build my own ecommerce business based off of that.
