We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our recruiting and consulting company.
We recruit mostly in the healthcare industry with a focus on Administrative, Accounting/Finance, Human Resource, Clinical/Physician, and Healthcare areas.

The role of Business Development Manager serves as a full function position responsible for all aspects of developing new business, cultivating existing business, and participating in networking events, trade shows, marketing, and client visits with members of the Talent Acquisition Consulting Team. We believe that the greatest success comes from a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through networking and contacts
- Cultivate existing business to continue in expanding opportunities to other departments within client company
- Utilize all resources available to you in order to find business growth opportunities
- Develop & maintain business relationships
- Work with a Talent Acquisition Consultant to ensure clients complete need
- Continually make client visits for visibility
- Manage client set up process

Requirements
- 3 years minimum sales experience preferably in the staffing/recruiting industry, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field also preferred, not required.
- Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational abilities, strong negotiation skills, strong internet/research skills
- Must be a Strategic Thinker with excellent follow up skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written & presentation skills
- An out-of-the-box thinker who can think well on his/her feet
- Person very focused on client satisfaction
- Ability to see projects through from cradle to grave
- High level of ethics and strong networking skills

This position is a commission based position. Commissions are paid immediately once client invoice is satisfied.
