We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate B2B sales person who is experienced in the entire sales cycle from lead generation to making first contact and closing the deal.

We are a young, dynamic Security Guarding company which offers Security Guarding Services.

This position requires you to focus on the development of new business and partnerships; selling security guarding services to B2B clients in and around the London area.

We offer you an exceptional, uncapped commission only package with high earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:
-Managing and conducting all aspects of the sales cycle • lead generation through to close.
-Identifying new sales leads including marketing research in and out of the office.
-Making outbound B2B calls, contacting potential new clients to create new sales leads.
-Conducting client meetings, aiming to close sales.
-Representing the company in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
-Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to exceed targets and developing sales strategies.

Who we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of B2B sales, self motivation, drive for results, a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate credibly at all levels.

In addition, and also crucial, is being able to understand very quickly the security business and the services we deliver. We will however provide full product training but you must be PC literate.

We would expect you to spend some time in the office planning, preparing, contacting clients and days out of office meeting with clients. We are flexible about this.

You must have a passion for sales and high standards, combined with excellent communication skills and good time management. You must be comfortable working alone, meeting clients and also being part of our team.

Your confidence in your own ability to sell is paramount as this is a freelance contract with “payments on results”.
