We, a small business development and marketing consultancy, are looking to work with a part-time outbound call handler on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 3 months commencing at the beginning of November. Initially contracted to work 2 days a week 9am-5pm, flexibly between Mon-Fri. There is potential for the contract to be extended after 3 months.

We manage B2B marketing campaigns for our clients for which we now require a professional and enthusiastic individual to conduct follow up calls in order to build relationships with prospective clients in the education, health and local government industry. This is not a telesales role as it requires a highly consultative and customer service orientated approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound follow up calls to prospective clients as part of executed marketing campaigns
- Recording, documenting and reporting on prospective client intelligence
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Representing and illustrating company brand and credentials
- Engaging potential clients to build relationships and long term leads
- Liaising with key account managers

Skills Required:
- Experience of working in a professional B2B environment preferred
- Understanding of solution based sales
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Professional telephone manner and ability to deliver excellent level of service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally has an interest or experience in IT environments
