Experience Level: Intermediate
Please quote for below:
1) Setup and install SAGE Line 50 at our client's office
2) Train client's secretary to enter in invoices on SAGE only
3) Every fortnight carry out bank reconcilations and check sage entries at client's office
4) Prepare monthly management accounts
5) Prepare VAT returns to be checked by us
6) Payroll - either remotely or at clients (3 staff)

We are a firm of Chartered Tax Advisors and need assistance with the above for one of our clients. They are based by Green Park tube station. We would like a fixed fee quote for steps 1) and 2) and hourly rates for steps 4 - 6.

This is a small client and we cannot afford to pay for travel so it will only be for the time you are at the client's premises. You will be contracted to us as we have the engagement with the client.

There is scope to then prepare the stats at the year end.

Please ensure you have Personal Indemnity Insurance before bidding and please note you will need to attend in person (or a staff member) at the client's premises.

This engagement will begin early September 2009 so you will need to have resources available.
