Hey all this is the founder of PPH here.. we are looking for an INSANELY good office manager with bookkeeping skills and ENORMOUS amounts of energy to help us grow and build our growing site ☺ A true PPH-er to work for PPH, ideally full time or almost full time. We are based in central london

Role:

Office manager and bookkeeper

We are looking for someone with great organization skills, fanatical about order and method, who is used to be an office manager or executive assistant in the past and is also qualified as a bookkeeper. You must be really good with numbers, methodical and analytical

Qualifications needed

- Qualified bookkeeper
- Insanely good at organizing and maintaining order in a fast growing vibrant office
- Very analytical, good with numbers, understands data integrity, is thorough and fanatically detailed
- Knows how to use Xero online software
- Good understanding of IT / systems so as to liaise with our IT support team for basic stuff
- Ludicrously good at research


Job Description

Your role has multiple facets… is hugely challenging - not for the fainthearted. ☺ - but also lots of fun. You will be involved in the day to day running and growing of PPH

- Act as executive assistant to the founders of PPH
- Office manager. Maintaining everything in order and making sure that things work
- Keeping the company books (we use Xero,com so if you know how to use that its better.. or you need to be really quick at picking things up ☺))
- bits and bobs for the team like sporadic research etc

We will pay competively depending on experience.. we are more concerned about finding the perfect person for the role
