Experience Level: Intermediate
I run a small ltd company selling a range of medieval inspired gifts. We have 3 retail outlets - 2 shops and a web site.

I don't have time to devote to the accounts - so I'm looking for someone who can assist me in getting the books up to date and once that is achieved provide a book keeping service. Experience with Vat returns and PAYE will be required. (2 employees)

I have the latest version of Sage Line 50 and I am based in West Kent near Tunbridge Wells. The on going book keeping service could be done remotely I am assuming but initially to get the records up to date you will need to come to our office.

It may be best to split the project into 2 - a fixed price for getting the records up to date and then an on going monthly cost.
