ROLE
• Long term assignment
• Mix of fixed and flexible time to suit business requirements and personal circumstances
• Average 2-3 days a week (daily rate)
You will be designing accredited and non-accredited classroom, e-training and train the trainer modules for a variety of sales operations and management skills, together with tests and assessments delivered interactively, utilising video and other technologies as well as face to face.
The role includes working with clients, providing design and scripting services to transform their legacy product and sector training into multimedia modules for a mobile world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating instructional design and development models based on cognitive learning and instructional theory to
create storyboards, scripts and other multimedia content.
• Working with management to design world class sales training material, both classroom and online.
• Determining the appropriate media formats, structure and design of each module, setting the objectives and
learner requirements.
• Developing online knowledge testing and offline practice and work-based assignments.
• Reviewing and revising content.
• Liaising with our off-shore e-training developers to ensure zero-defect products.
• Assisting in the ongoing development of a strategy and vision for blended learning, especially e-learning and
multimedia instruction and assessment.
• Acting as our coordinator for accredited bodies such as ISMM, CPD.
• Marking and moderating learners’ submitted assessments.

It would be a distinct advantage if your background included designing training material for sales people and management working in the B2B sector. An appreciation of the skills required to handle both the simple and the complex, often political, sales processes needed to manage B2B sales is equally important.
We are a recognised ISMM centre and deliver diploma courses online. The successful applicant will be able to moderate assessments and support our drive for accreditation.
