Experience Level: Intermediate
We are an IT support company currently using a customised installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track support cases and monitor SLAs. We are looking for an experienced coder (preferably Midlands based) to work with us to develop a bespoke helpdesk solution using Microsoft .Net.

We are designing our own software because current off-the-shelf solutions are either too lightweight or bloated. We have a basic design specification but require a coder to work with us to flesh-out the solution and then implement the solution - preferably in C#.

The application will use a SQL back-end and will parse e-mails coming most likely from a POP3 box. Applicants will therefore need experience with SQL and also client/server application development.

Future phases of the project may involve developing a plugin for Outlook and a mobile version of the client software for Windows Mobile 6.x. Experience with these technologies would therefore be beneficial for future work but not a necessity for this phase.
