A successful bespoke furniture company with a large portfolio and national profile is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable sales consultant to break into the market of Interior Designers and Architects. We have currently a handful of regular business clients from that sector, but feel that there is a huge untapped market which we do not have resources to approach and win. The sales consultant would ideally have furniture background or experience and contacts in the industry. The job involves extensive research and collation of potential leads amongst Interior Designers and Architects (inc. purchasing databases), working alongside a marketing professional to create and deliver monthly newsletters to the contacts in the industry, business introduction and telemarketing trying to stimulate interest in the company among the professional buyers, regular contact with the interested leads prior to quote, setting up lead appointments.
The remuneration will be basic hourly rate + bonus per each qualified quote opportunity created.
