We have an existing website that generates enquiries. The data is stored in a simple Access database. The enquiries are currently simply emailed to our client in a text email format each time one is generated.

We now want to utilise a CSV file (to the client's format) to send any new enquiries 4 times a day to the client. The process needs to extract from the Access database any news enquiries that have been generated since the last CSV file was created, and format them to the required CSV file format. The process ends by emailing this new CSV file to the client. The process needs to run automatically at 4 predefined times each day.
