We are a consultancy offering business improvement services to SMEs across many different industry sectors. We aim to help our clients to:
increase sales; increase productivity, reduce costs and increase profitability. Typically this is achieved through:
* a business strategy review, ensuring that the business plan is aligned with company objective
* a review of HR strategy and practices
* a review of company finances and
* a review of the marketing strategy and plan

We are now looking for a supplier to set appointments for us with decision makers in SMEs within the M25, in Kent and East and West Sussex.

This is necessarily a brief description of our requirement and of what we do. We will discuss this in more detail with the successful bidder
