Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: Please review all attachments prior to quoting, review web site www.cawimsystem.com. The device program is already developed and operating but some changes may need to be modified to speak to the APP's and Cloud. A copy of the current sketch will be provided with acceptance of bid. This project is funded and ready to move forward 5/6/2017 with acceptance of bid. A 30 day requirement of completion is required with acceptance of bid.
CaWiM System Device Outline
The CaWiM device is meant to replace existing manual method used industry wide. Currently an operator or other staff member for the machine user would need to wrap a typical pallet load of product. Then cut and remove the applied film and weigh it. Taking the total amount of film applied by weight and using their current cost per pound user would determine the current cost per load wrapped.
The CaWiM System measures the exact mount of film feed into the pre-stretching carriage and the exact amount of stretched film feed out to calculate the exact pre-stretch ration percentage.
The collected data is transmitted to the CaWiM Server and deposited into a folder for App/User Download.
The user inputs into the app their cost per roll of stretch film and feet per roll.
Combining the User data and collected data a cost per load is calculated and downloaded to the App of User.
Additional data is also collected including Current Cycles (resettable), Total Cycles, Cost Per Load and Projected Annual Cost.
