Project for Colebreene Ltd. Trading as Artists at the Airports

We are Colebreene Ltd. Situated in the University town of Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

We have several divisions to the company, offering a range of products and services within the art world.

Our background is mainly in supplying pieces of work to the corporate sector either in form of sale or leasing.

The division you will be dealing with is new.
Artists at the Airports.

We have recently secured gallery space at two of Northern Irelands major airports, George Best Belfast City (GBBC) and City of Derry, where UK and Irish Artists works will be displayed and will be for sale. Sales will be generated via a website.

To compliment the gallery space and website we will be producing a
catazine’ a mix between an art catalogue and a small magazine. This will be 10,000 + 16 page A5 monthly publication and will be available both landside but most importantly airside (only one magazine is allowed airside particularly at GBBC and that is their own).

The catazine’ will be available at both airports and will comprise of :-
Editiorial, with half page add.
Art catalogue, (2 pages)
Various articles to include:- art, books, music, films, wine and other interesting contributions such as items on history, business, etc.
There will be 8 full pages for advertisement space.

We are looking for you to sell this advertising space (banner ads on website also). We will aid you in any way. We have learnt over the years that selling agents have different styles of selling and therefore we ask the agent to ask us to give them information on request about company, product etc. so they build their own selling spiel that suits their individual style. We require a brief of your selling practice by way of dummy run’ using us as your first sales pitch. If preferred, however we can provide a script to work from.

We will supply a list of companies that have previously taken advertising within the airports as this may be an advantage as they will already be aware of the advantage of this advertising.

There are certain restrictions that apply to our advertisers and must be adhered to, this will be available with further information on this project if you choose to come on board with us on this project.

The project will be ongoing and potential OTE in second year as the project grows will be in the region of £100,000 + to the capable agent.
