Advertising Sales online guide

We are an online tourist guide that is looking for a sales employee to use an existing database to call and sell online advertising space to potential clients. None of the clients have been contacted before and the price of the advertising is relatively cheap so we do not consider this to be a hard sell. The chosen candidate will recieve the required training to undertake this project and the earning potential is unlimited. The candidate should have experience in telephone selling and be confident of approaching the clients in a friendly and professional manner. There is also the possibility of commision/bonuses if top end space is sold.
