I am looking for someone who has administration experience working for an IFA/Insurance Company who is interested in acting as my outsourced administrator. Their principal role will be gathering information from insurance/investment companies on client\'s existing policies/investments, being able to assimilate this information and loading it on to a web accessible data base. Other tasks will include preparing authority letters and quotations for clients. It is difficult to assess the number of hours I will initially require - perhaps 15 hours per month - but this could increase substantially as I gain confidence in the abilities of the chosen candidate to delegate more work and as my business grows. This is a specialist administration role which is why I require someone with IFA/insurance company experience.
