I run CameraTrails, a photography tutition business. It's based in London, but growing fast, and I'm expanding it to other cities.
For this reason, I'm finding that I could do with some help with some of the administrative aspects of the business. In particular:
- Responding to e-mail and phone booking requests, then booking people onto our courses using our admin area on our website.
- E-mailing participants prior to the courses with the information they need.
- Printing and laminating handouts, then posting them to our tutors.
- Calling and rebooking participants if we need to cancel.
There are likely to be other things in the medium term, as things get even more busy!
I'm looking for someone who has good references, is highly organised and who is excellent with people and customer service. Our business is built on a friendly, tailored service where people feel like individuals. You don't need to be 'into' photography, but if you are, then that's a bonus too!
