We need someone to help set up our accounting system using either SAGE or QUICKBOOKS accounting software.

We are a small business selling both online (retail) and wholesale. We raise and receive invoices, purchase orders, receipts, VAT etc but we will like to consolidate all in one place with the accounting software for ease of management.

We have licensed copies of both SAGE and QUICKBOOKS and will require that it's installed and set up on our server at our home office in North London. As previously mentioned above, we have data that will need to be input/correlated into the system directly or remotely.

Of utmost importance is someone with the technical know how to integrate our online sales with the accounting software which means some programming will be involved. We want our website to have the capability to automatically post all online transactions into either Sage or QuickBooks.

We want the flexibility to able to carry on the use of the system after setup and we will also consider a Fixed Fee bookkeeping if the price is right.
