As I am in quite a niche business, it became clear to me very quickly, that somebody who isn't in my business, won't be able to effectively write my CV. Andrew has an expansive terminology and writes very well however there was something that just wasn't clicking. Andrew edited the CV appropriately when requested, however it still wasn't quite right. I guess you have to know a business inside out to write well about it? He made vast improvements to my original CV overall and I was happy with the general new structure. Andrew was friendly throughout the process. I would have preferred a more personalised service- somebody who really got into my head and assisted me with articulating it. Overall a substantial final product, although a little rejigging on my part still required.

Thank you for your feedback but I'm really not sure where the four-star feedback is coming from. I was a teacher for 15 years and the role you were going for was very much in line with this. I provided a questionnaire at the the start of the job. I subsequently used all of the information you provided. Then once I provided all of your documents, you then sent more information that would have been invaluable had I had this information at the start of the job.
