Unfortunately working with Philippe was not a great experience. If you have read this review, I hope you are able to take the time to read some of the other 370+ 5 star reviews I have received for my work on here, as well as the 150+ 5 star reviews I have received specifically for my sales email writing offers.
I take my profession seriously and I hope that you understand that this review is not a true representation of the level of service I deliver.
If of interest, here are some further details on how this project went:
Philippe did initially provide me with a reasonably well-detailed brief including the technical information required to write the sales email.
However, once the email had been delivered he decided he didn't want to pay the invoice because the email was 'just regular'. I had used best practices, which I have used to write hundreds (possibly thousands) of highly successful sales emails.
Of course, I understand that Philippe may have wanted a specific approach to a sales email which was not communicated through the brief. I also appreciate that despite my best effort, expertise and experience in the area I am not going to get it perfect the first time, every time.
I offered multiple times to make changes if he could offer some specific details on what he wanted/didn't like. I also provided him with a breakdown of the methodology used to write the email - but received nothing more than 'redo the letter'. Instead, Philippe decided to focus his efforts on communicating his opinions on my ability to do my job - which I found both unprofessional and entirely unproductive. -
