I will develop a bespoke, comprehensive, Contract of Employment for your business, based on the information you give me, ensuring that it is legally compliant and contains the restrictive covenants to protect your business interests. However, I will also use that conversation to talk about what terms and conditions should be applied so they work for your business, guiding you on applicable statutory requirements, so you understand your situation. I will also provide you with a Management Guidance document that explains the Contract, as well as the necessary disciplinary and grievance procedures. The law is complex but I seek to make it understandable. My prices include VAT.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will email you a questionnaire for you to complete which I will follow up in a telephone or Skype interview to ensure I gather quality data. In that call we will discuss your operational needs in relation to your employees, so that I can provide advice on how best to meet those needs, as well as ensuring that you are legally compliant.
