London, United KingdomPaul was fantastic, friendly, trustworthy and really responsive, I had struggled for years with a poor service from an accountancy firm which delivered a poor service and charged far more than Paul. I worries that I was asking Paul of to much when hiring him as there was so much to sort out when taking over from the last firm, however Paul didn't seem troubled by this at all, no task was to big for Paul and he responded promptly to all requests. He was happy to communicate via phone or text whenever required, there was never any delays in getting back to me. I feel a lot more confident about my tax affair now as unfortunately I was in a state of confusion before due the size my company had grown over the years. When numbers starts to spin round in my head due to multiple tax affairs (company tax, person tax, NI, employee tax and dividends etc.) it was all getting a bit to much for me to handle when Paul came on board to took this weight off my hands. I worried that he might not like the accountancy software that we used as it's not a common one and the last company has whipped me in to their rigid conditions of likely me to do thing their way or the high-way, again Paul was laid back and pleasant about it all.
