What you get with this Offer

My name is Mitch Dampier and I am a Professional IT Freelancer. Here I am offering a help desk/pc repair center to fix any problem you may have with your PC or Desktop. My call center/pc repair business runs from 7am to 3pm and I work completely remote. I do pretty much everything you can think of when it comes to computer repair. Have a question about what I would charge or if I would fix the problem for you? Just send me a message with your email and phone number.
Prices:
- $10 per call with a $5 deposit. The $5 deposit is not refundable.
- If phone call lasts 1 hour or more, the price will be $25/hour. If it's less than one hour the price of the phone call is just $10.
- For remote virus disinfection, I charge $49. Even if it's over the phone, the virus cleaning cancels out the $25/hour. Virus disinfection can last up to 3 hours depending on your computer read/write speeds and other factors.
- If problem needs to be escalated, for example a hardware issue, then the PC can be shipped to me and I will deliver a resolution for the issue(s). You are expected to the initial shipping so I can receive the Computer. I will pay return shipping. Hardware upgrades/replacement labor/parts will be based on the work done. I can give you a quote before we do business if you would like.
How it all works:
1. Message me with email and phone number and say something like "I have a problem with my desktop/laptop and would like to get some answers." (the email is only connect with you in another way)
2. I will respond with a number you can call to reach me on.
3. Shoot me a text or call me and we will go through the process of troubleshooting and/or fixing.
4. If problem needs to be escalated and you want a me, *a licensed technician* to fix it, then I can either remote into your computer to run utilities, or you can ship the laptop/desktop to me and I will deliver a solution.
NOTE:
I will only remote if it is necessary. For example, virus cleanings. I have to run utilities in order for me to do a full virus disinfection.
I will NEVER touch your files.
