I have been an office administrator and secretary for over 20 years at Director level, working in a variety of organisations in both private and public sector including local government and education, accountancy, recruitment and service.
I decided in 2010 to become a full time freelance virtual PA/secretary and since joining PPH I have won several projects with good reviews and am now building up a good clientele base. No job is too small or boring!
As a fully freelance professional, rather than seeking to supplement my income, I am able to provide a reliable service and the ability to turn all work around in a timely manner. I aim to help businesses and individuals by taking away the need for premises, additional office equipment, office space and all the other headaches which office staffing can bring and I work to suit the business.

I can undertake transcription of any size and currently use the Express Scribe system and a foot pedal and have previously undertaken work for the following:- University transcription, interview transcription (including 1 to 1, telephone and video) and focus group transcription, video transcription.
I have undertaken work for authors, solicitors, chartered surveyors (RICS home surveys and building surveys) students, professors, radio and TV shows, presentations and seminars, court hearings and company HR meetings. I also transcribe for Chartered Surveyors returning reports on a daily basis.
I have exceptional copy typing speeds of approximately 75 wpm and audio transcription speeds of approximately 65wpm with quick and accurate data entry skills which include editing, formatting and timecoding the documents as required.
