You've seen it hundreds of times, but I'm an objective user visiting it for the first time. I can show you what a user may think, where they may get lost or confused and can highlight the areas I think are least engaging.
I record the screen and my voice 'thinking out loud' the whole time. I will send the video and a document with my thoughts, main issues and proposed solutions.
I review websites daily, and work on Accessibility & Usability testing projects, so have a very good appreciation of what makes a site user-friendly and engaging.
