What you get with this Hourlie
I can attend your meeting (e.g. Board meeting, resident's meeting, funding panel, disciplinary meeting etc) and take minutes as the meeting is taking place. I take 'live' minutes so I turn up with my laptop, get a diagram of who is who and then I simply type as you talk.
I will then go away, reformat the minutes to your requirements and deliver them back in the template and format specified. For guideline purposes notes are not 100% verbatim, most people require a succinct, simplified version of discussions but important points, actions and motions are all recorded accurately. If your meeting lasts 2 hours it will usually take me 4 hours in total (2 hours in the meeting and 2 hours of formatting) to fully deliver the work and I aim to turn this around within 48 hours of the end of the meeting although urgent work can be undertaken and I can be flexible where needed.
I am a fast accurate typist with a Pitman qualification and am a native English speaker which I do feel is relevant to point out when undertaking work of this nature. I have extensive feedback from other Peopleperhour users and am one of the highest rated admin/PA professionals on this site so you can be assured of my reliability and ability to turn around all work in a timely manner.
I am based in London but am happy to travel if required.
What the Seller needs to start the work
Time, location and number of people attending meeting. It is also useful but not essential if I can see minutes of a previous similar meeting to get a feel for your terminology and format requirements.
If there are more than 10 attendees my fees increase so please get in touch to discuss.
