What you get with this Offer
Due to the various nature of the source data, there might be a requirement to modify your original data. Also, you may be looking for several charts, and/or additional functionality. With that in mind, please contact me before purchasing multiple hourlies so we can scope the work out and I can give you an estimate.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1) Raw data
2) An indication of what data you want visualised
3) The number and type of charts you are looking for, or I can suggest the best ones based on point 2 above and any message you are trying to convey.

Brian, I always clearly state what my clients get for the price agreed. Should a client misinterpret this, I would work with them to give them what they want, as I offered to do so with you. Misunderstandings happen, we are human and I don't hold that against anyone. All projects relationships are a two way street and requires good collaboration from both parties. On this occasion I have not been met with a willingness to continue the project after providing the first version. You expected 10 to 20 dynamic charts for 4 hours work, that is simply not possible. I stated the price was for a dynamic chart i.e. one. If you had taken the reply to me when I asked you for a specific number of charts you would have had exactly what you asked for. We started off so well and we were so close to giving you what you wanted. I could have used that one chart as a template, we could have been a couple of hours extra funding from completion! I make my projects in a fashion that they are fully scalable in an efficient manner for such instances. You have missed out on having a product you wanted and would have been of huge benefit to your company. I've been freelancing for 6 years almost to the day with an impeccable record both here and independently with my large client base. It's a pity you didn't push forward with this and you felt obliged to leave a neutral review. I can only hope you are more willing to work collaboratively with other freelancers in the future.
All the best,
Pete
