What you get with this Hourlie
>> Are you a startup, looking for accounting software?
>> Are you up and running, using spreadsheets for your accounts?
>> Are you just plain confused, overwhelmed or just too busy to get your accounts sorted?
**Do you want to discover the story your numbers are telling you?**
As a Xero Certified Partner, we take time to understand you, the client, your business, the structure you want in your accounts and what you expect/require in Xero after implementation.
This means we have a short consultation with you, by video link, to review your expectations on using Xero (including whether you will be using it, your bookkeeper or accountant, or a mixture thereof) and how you will be using it. This will ensure you get the right version of Xero for you and your business
We will then get Xero up and running for you, including connecting to your bank and payment services such as Go Cardless, Paypal, etc, with a second video call to show you your new Xero with some basic training
Not sure what you need to give us? Don't understand the jargon?? Don't worry. This will be explained.
We ensure you will get all the benefits of Xero and, exclusively on the People Per Hour Hourlie platform, offer a 10% discount on our Xero packages (ongoing monthly bookkeeping & payroll services, all annual compliance requirements, and advisory support). We will put your Xero into our Xero Partner Practice and our regular Xero packages include the monthly Xero charge. One inclusive cost, not Xero subscription plus fees.
By choosing Xero you will find it will help enable your business to grow, creating more profit, by managing your cashflow, protecting your assets, planning for their future and managing your tax obligations. Real time information in Xero leads to informed and considered decisions.
Welcome to Xero
What the Seller needs to start the work
As mentioned above, we will need your availability for our video calls and all necessary information such as your business (which determines how Xero will be set up), what invoice layouts, reports, etc, are required, plus.
If you are an existing business, we will also need balances (eg balances as at 30th June for Xero implementation from 1 July)
