Whether you have existing equipment or nothing, SpecTronics UK can help your business take advantage of the operational and cost benefits of using internet based telephone services. When it comes to corporate image, it’s important to look ready – a mobile number simply won’t do. We can provide geographic and non-geographic numbers and the systems to make them work for you. You may even find that a switch to Voice-over-IP can significantly reduce your monthly expenditure compared to a traditional BT line.

We are able to transfer your existing telephone numbers from your existing provider (such as BT, Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc.) and have them managed by your new phone system. We can even talk to your existing provider and arrange everything to be transferred for you so you don’t have to worry.

With VoIP capability an employee can have full telephone access as if they were at their own desk regardless of their location. The IP phone can be connected to any internet access point or, in the case of an employee on the road with a laptop, all that is required is some software and an optional headset. You can also use a free smartphone app with the service.

All you need to get started is a broadband connection.

VoIP service will be provided by SpecTronics UK who will charge you at their current monthly rate depending on the package selected. All services are subject to Terms of Business available at www.spectronics.co.uk/legal/.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work

1) Details of any existing telephone system including phone numbers you'd like to keep.

2) The number of extensions you require

3) Details of how you would like to route your calls, such as hunt groups and cascades etc. If this means nothing to you, don't worry - I'll explain!
