What you get with this Hourlie
Before you start a business – any business – you need a plan. And the starting point for a winning business plan is a Feasibility Study that will ensure that you’re on track and thinking through the most important elements.
It’s also important to receive honest and impartial feedback on your thinking.
This is what I do for a living.
I follow a structured approach that looks at all the major elements that need to be in place for a business to run effectively and profitably. The outputs of the study are also valuable inputs to a business plan, if you decide to go ahead.
You will receive a professionally packaged and presented editable MS Word document, by email, that contains the following:

Conclusion and Recommendations
The document includes charts, tables and other relevant graphics as appropriate. My Feasibility Study is usually around 20 pages in length and is entirely customised to your business idea.
The study can be expanded to a full business plan if required (see optional add-ons below).

What the Seller needs to start the work
Within 1 working day of receiving your order, I will email you a questionnaire to complete. I need this as input to the study.
Within 3 working days of receiving the completed questionnaire from you, I will email you a draft Feasibility Study for review.
Within 2 working days of receiving your feedback on the draft, I will send you a final version of the Feasibility Study that includes any changes made by you.
If necessary, during the process, I may email you with questions or requests for further information. This could influence the timing of my deliverables.
